Founded in 2005 in the Sierra Nevada foothills, Aperio Inc. has consulted with clients across northern California. Whether it's providing soil testing, CEQA services for assisting with real estate transactions or consulting on water and wastewater issues we have the knowledge and staff to meet your needs.

Besides offering Environmental & Geological services we also offer Property Improvement & Development services to the foothill communities. We assist with preparation for home construction, 4291 fire protection through lot cleaning and fuel reduction, excavation and trenching, and other property owner needs.
